QUESTIONS

Can UtiClock work in closed networks?
Yes, UtiClock can run inside your local network — or even completely offline.
How does UtiClock work without a separate server?
Our tablet connects directly to your corporate calendar (e.g. Exchange, Google, Bitrix24, etc.) using the official API or CalDAV protocol.
Is the interface protected from unauthorized access?
Yes — the interface is locked down to prevent unauthorized actions. Users can't access system settings or power off the device.
What happens if there's a power outage?
The tablet shuts down (it doesn't have a built-in battery). Once power is restored, it automatically reboots and continues running as if nothing happened.
Can the event organizer's name be hidden?
Yes, in the settings you can hide the organizer's name. You can also hide the event title if needed.
Can I disable booking from the tablet?
Yes, you can turn off the ability to book rooms directly from the tablet in the setting
Is booking analytics available?
Not yet. But if you need it — we'll make it happen!
